Riding on two wheels through scenic Florida trails is something you have to experience for yourself. Grab your bike, pack some provisions, and hit these insanely-pretty biking trails in Jax. And, bring along your pup for added company!

1. Big Talbot Island State Park – Timucuan Trail

Bring your bike to the Timucuan Trail and coast through the 2.9-mile off-road, paved trail. Along your route, stop to read about the park’s history and natural resources, or view the wildlife and surrounding tropical foliage.

2. Jacksonville Baldwin Rail Trail

This flat, paved trail passes through dense local flora and fauna, making for an effortless ride. This dreamy biking trail destination is perfect for beginning bicyclists or those that are seeking a bit more scenery and bit less leg work.

3. Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park

From easy off-road service paths to very difficult biking trails, this Jax destination is great for riders of all skill levels. The trails at Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park range anywhere from 0.2 miles to 4.5 miles long, so you’ll have plenty of distance to cover during your trail rides. 4. Cedar Point Preserve

Offering over 10 miles of biking trails, this scenic spot makes for a great place to ride. Check out wildlife and lookout points as you traverse through dense trail routes. Park in the lot along Cedar Point Road just west of Pumpkin Hill Road and get out onto the trail for a beautiful local bike ride.
