When you want to enjoy some hair-raising fun, look no further than Durango Adventures. It's where friendly guides offer plenty of outdoor activities, from ziplining to whitewater rafting. Here is some of what you can try near our Durango apartments:

Whitewater Rafting Tours

For a water adventure unlike any other, enjoy whitewater rafting through the Rocky Mountains. You'll see a beautiful canyon, paddle past a gold mine, and maybe even spot a wild animal or two. Be sure and try the half-day raft trip. The fun starts with a gentle float as you learn how to paddle before tackling the rapids of Train Bridge, Clock Tower, and more. This trip also includes stopping at Serious Texas BBQ for a tasty lunch. 

Mountain Biking Tours

Durango boasts some of the best mountain biking trails in the United States. One of them runs behind Durango Adventures and offers picturesque natural surroundings and unique rock formations. The guides provide tours ranging from two-and-a-half to eight hours. Riders of all skill levels are welcome, and bikes, helmets, and gloves are provided.

Zipline Tours 

Last but not least, enjoy a zipline tour through the San Juan Mountains. The ziplines are constructed on timber towers and provide amazing views everywhere you look. Along with gliding high above the land, you'll also take a 15-minute uphill hike and climb on a rope bridge for an experience you won't soon forget. The 12 zipline adventure lasts approximately two-and-a-half to three hours. For a shorter outing, book the six zipline adventure instead.
