Woman with shopping bags at Cadia Crossing in Gilbert, Arizona

With the increase of apartments in Gilbert, it's easier than ever to live in the coveted Arizona community. A hub for families, Gilbert is opening up as the perfect area for all ages and demographics, boasting a little something for everyone. And, we mean LOTS of a little something!

Cadia Crossing is one of those apartment home communities that is perfectly situated between East Valley's best shopping centers. Whether it's traditional department stores, local downtown boutiques, open-air malls, or unique park-and-swaps, residents can find an abundance to decorate themselves, their homes, and their lives--all within ten miles or so.

Located on the Southeast corner of Mesa, above the US-60 on Power Road, the Superstition Springs mall is perfect for year-round shopping. The Merry-Go-Round and jump-ride in the food court upstairs only draw in more who are ready to spend a day having fun, checking out shops, grabbing a bite, and shopping for all styles and budgets with Dillard's, JCPenney's, Ross, and Burlington department stores, among many others.

Nestled on the corner of Price and the Loop 202 in South Chandler, Chandler mall is a mass of some of the best shopping options for higher-end gifts and clothing. Everything from gourmet tea shops to Coach bags, you'll find all the top stores like Nordstrom, Apple, Disney, Vera Bradley, and LEGO, to name a few. Have your car valet parked at the southern entrance by the food court, catch a movie at the attached Harkins, or even walk the edge of the main parking lots for even more shopping options. This mall has got it all!

Just off the US-60, south on Val Vista, Dana Park is a lovely little plaza with a love for things food and fine. Home to one of the few AJ's Fine Foods, it also houses a Barnes & Noble Bookstore, quite a few high-end brand and unique boutiques, instruments, home decor, and more eateries than you'll be able to decide on. The Village Square is the perfect place for hanging out on a beautiful day after a bite to eat.

Centered in Gilbert off of Greenfield and William's Field, north of the Loop 202, this open-air market is an outdoor version of the Chandler mall. The Apple Store, a 2-story Barnes & Noble, a Pandora, a Dillards, an H&M, among the Build-a-Bear, Harkins, high-end restaurants and eateries all draw in a marvelous day and night-life to the area. Family, friend, date, summer, and every season-friendly, this is one of the most popular shopping centers in the area!

Just north of Baseline and west of Signal Butte, this recreational shopping center offers more of what Arizona is all about. Live music, snack bar foods, and exclusive independent merchants line the walk-ways with more variety than you'll be able to grasp.

No matter where you decide to spend your day and money, you'll no doubt have a great time doing it if you go to any of these. And, as always, contact us with any questions.
