Ho-Ho-Hot Chocolate for the Holidays!

On Dec. 9, bring your friends to the Mountain Trail front office during office hours for a mug of hot chocolate – on us! You can pick out your favorite toppings, which include peppermint flakes, caramel or chocolate syrup, and sprinkles. And don’t tell, but we’ll pour in a bit of peppermint schnapps, too, if you like. Don’t worry – we won’t tell Santa!

Toys for Toddlers

Please help us give back to the community by joining in our Toys for Toddlers event. Here at Mountain Trail, we are collecting donations for the children of the community through Dec. 20, during our normal front office hours. Drop off a toy with a nice note, and spread that holiday spirit!

Mountain Trail Gift Wrapping Station

Are you anticipating that awful moment on Dec. 24 when you realize you have a dozen presents tucked away in the closet and haven’t yet wrapped any of them? If you’d like to avoid this common holiday stressor, bring your gifts to the front office during normal business hours from now through Dec. 23 and take advantage of our gift wrapping station. That’s right: We’ll provide the wrapping paper, gift bags, and more. This year, take it easy on yourself and let us give you a hand.

Sign & Celebrate

It’s that time of year again: one of new beginnings and fresh cycles. Come by the front office on Dec. 16 during normal business hours and sign your renewal lease in celebratory fashion. We’ll provide the rest – which includes champagne and dessert! (Yes, seriously.) We are so excited to celebrate with you! New year, new lease, new you!
