A belief in hard work and a passion for pride of ownership are the driving forces behind Chandler Wonderly’s career, starting with the founding of Olympus Property when he was a junior at Georgetown University. This entrepreneurial spirit is one he shares with his brother Anthony. Together, they have grown Olympus from its original two units in 1992 to over 11,000 properties today.
Chandler oversees the financial side of Olympus, from acquisitions and dispositions to investor relations, asset management and expansion planning. He believes in approaching each aspect of business with a can-do attitude and the highest level of professional ethics.
For Chandler, the greatest Olympus asset of all is relationships. He takes enormous pride in the positive return Olympus has created for its investors, and he sees the Olympus family of employees as the company’s most vital asset.
It was at the age of 18 that Anthony Wonderly made his very first real estate investment, partnering with his then 21-year-old brother Chandler to found Olympus Property. Since that time, the brothers have honed their complementary skills, working from the ground up to build Olympus to the dynamic real estate management company it is today, with 11,000 units operating in nine states.
During his career, Anthony has driven Olympus’ operational success, developing a solid growth strategy while assembling an expert management team. Anthony oversees all operations, including the due diligence process and onboarding of new communities and the management of all areas of property renovations, day-to-day leasing and sales. This solution-based approach maximizes assets to their highest potential and has resulted in over $1 billion in holdings.

Lisa Clark, CAM, CAPSSenior Regional Manager
Spanning over 30-years in multifamily, Lisa Clark began her career as a leasing consultant while attending college. Her drive and passion helped forge an exciting and varied career which lead to many rewarding leadership roles.
A dedicated leader and mentor, Lisa is committed to developing the growth and success of each asset, team member and Olympus Property. Currently Lisa oversees assets in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
Prior to joining Olympus, Lisa served as a Regional Manager for Bell Partners, overseeing a large multi-state portfolio. Additionally, Lisa spent 13 years with UDR in a variety of operational roles.

Dee Laidlaw, SPHRDirector of Human Resources
Dee Laidlaw brings two decades of human resources expertise to her role as Olympus Property’s Director of Human Resources. She is deeply committed to building a positive, family-oriented company culture.
Dee's responsibilities include oversight of performance and talent management, compliance, continued process improvement, training and employee relations. Her human resource strategies are focused on hiring, managing, training, rewarding and retaining an engaged and successful workforce.
Prior to joining Olympus, Dee held positions at Behringer Harvard Residential, Crescent Real Estate, Fidelity Investments and Philip Morris. Dee holds the distinguished designation of Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and a bachelor's degree from Texas Wesleyan University.

Doug PalmerNational Director of Construction
With 20 years of experience in multi-family renovation, Doug Palmer brings a wealth of expertise to Olympus Property. His wide range of projects includes a $20 million complete property renovation and numerous exterior and interior projects throughout the United States.
Doug is instrumental in determining preliminary capital budgets for acquisitions, overseeing capital expenditures on renovations and managing catastrophic disaster repairs. Doug is also a licensed contractor qualified in California, Arizona, Kansas and Colorado.
Prior to joining the Olympus family, Doug was one of the Vice Presidents at United Renovations, and he spent a number of years with BH Management, Tealwood Construction and GTW Construction.
Doug is actively involved with Special Olympics of Texas as a coach and mentor.

Jarrad Principe, CPAVice President of Finance
Vice President Jarrad Principe brings a wealth of expertise to his dynamic role at Olympus Property. During his Olympus tenure, Jarrad has served as both accountant and acquisitions analyst, administering all aspects of the acquisition and disposition of multifamily real estate investments.
As Vice President of Finance, Jarrad is responsible for oversight of all tax and accounting matters at Olympus—from tax compliance and financial reporting to cash management and investment forecasting. Jarrad also maintains critical banking relationships and plays a key role in acquisitions and investor relations.
Jarrad holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington, and he is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

Angela BlairDirector of Training
Prior to her role as Director of Training with Olympus Property, Angela spent ten years on site, nine as a property manager. She has been in the corporate arena now since 2006 specializing in Training and Marketing. Angela not only educates current curriculum on multi-level platforms but also creates individual training sessions as well as companywide campaigns. Angela also assists in Marketing, due diligence efforts and liaisons with the Human Resources Department to produce, implement, and facilitate company specific programs.
Angela has held positions with top management companies such as LBK Management Services, BH Management Services and Pinnacle Realty.
Angela's abilities to oversee upwards of 130 communities with over 33,000 units shows her strengths as a director and a leader. She also serves her state and local apartment associates by teaching CAM certification classes, facilitating local events, as well as serving on the Education Committee. Angela has received numerous accolades and awards over her many years in the industry and is described by her colleges as "enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and full of life."
Chase BennettSenior Acquisitions Analyst
Chase Bennett oversees acquisitions and dispositions for Olympus Properties. His responsibilities range from initial investment sourcing, underwriting and on-site inspections to financial modeling, market statistics and research and investment packages.
Chase cites his close relationships with brokers and lenders as a vital component in sourcing and closing on multi-family acquisitions. And he is passionate about finding just the right investment opportunities for Olympus clients.
Chase deeply values teamwork and camaraderie in the workplace, and he believes that the family atmosphere and can-do attitude at Olympus are keys to the company’s real estate success.

Braden W. BarrSenior Investment Officer
Throughout his career, Braden has forged a strong track record of building successful relationships, whether he is working in a capital raising capacity or creating effective channel partnerships. Currently, Braden oversees Olympus Property investor relationships and establishes new ones.
Braden honed his entrepreneurial ability in Chicago, as a real estate analyst for a firm specializing in foreclosure acquisition throughout the city. With a passion for working alongside investors, Braden quickly transferred his skills into the world of capital raising. He successfully overachieved targets in multiple sales roles—as a financial wholesaler at Zacks Wealth Management and in creating and selling a distribution channel for Tomlinson Capital’s proprietary financial technology platform.
Year after year, Braden has consistently overachieved his quota, ranking as a top performer among his colleagues. He is deeply passionate about being part of Olympus’ incredible growth story.

Ruyi LiSenior Acquisitions Analyst
Ruyi Li oversees the acquisition of multifamily properties within the Southwest and Southeast regions. She is responsible for all aspects of the acquisition and disposition processes—from seeking development opportunities and cash flow modeling to income property underwriting and loan portfolio and credit analysis.
Ruyi brings extremely strong quantitative and analytical skills to the Olympus team. These skills have served her well in recent years, as the multifamily sector has become more challenging than ever.
Before joining the Olympus family, Ruyi held positions with First Republic Bank and Prudential Mortgage Capital Company. She is a graduate of the University of California, Davis with degrees in Economics and Psychology. She is bilingual in English and Chinese and currently resides in San Francisco.

Rhett NicholsonCapital Construction
A member of the Olympus team for over 13 years, Rhett oversees the Olympus in-house construction team, which performs tasks such as capital improvements and leasing center renovations. Rhett also assists in due diligence inspections and works directly with maintenance teams on projects at their sites.
To Rhett, there is nothing more satisfying than the feeling of standing back and looking over a job well done, especially when he receives positive feedback from community residents. He deeply values the camaraderie and spirit of his team, as well as the family atmosphere of Olympus Property.
Jeff BarberRegional Manager
Jeff Barber brings a unique skill set and range of experience to his role at Olympus. A retired member of the US Marine Corps, Jeff served multiple tours as a helicopter pilot and operations director, supervising aviation and ground operations in over 15 different countries for units as large as 5,000 personnel.
As Regional Manager, Jeff oversees the operations of Olympus’ Houston and San Antonio regional portfolio. He assesses operational efficiencies, identifies areas for improvement and validates property inspections ensuring compliance with the rigorous standards of Olympus Property.
Above all, Jeff believes in seeing every action as an opportunity to aim for success. He values the small business culture of Olympus coupled with the company’s big business success. He believes it all comes back to never being complacent and always striving to do better than yesterday.
Jeff grew up in California and received a B.A. in Communications from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Julia Lawhorne, CAMTechnology Support Specialist
Julia Lawhorne has been with Olympus Property for over a decade. She has served in a wide variety of roles, from on-site Leasing and Management positions to corporate roles as Executive Assistant and Pricing Advisor.
As a Technology Support Specialist, Julia’s responsibilities include all aspects of technological support, including software, hardware and communications. She has built and implemented the technology systems for Olympus’ 14 most recent assets, as well as supporting the due diligence process on several key transactions.
Julia is also extremely involved in the Olympus mentorship program. She has mentored 15 managers, and is passionate about the experience of watching people grow and learn. She is looking forward to her role in Olympus’ culture club, a program that will foster camaraderie and a family spirit with group activities and fun events.
Brandy MorrisRegional Manager
Brandy Morris joined Olympus as a manager in 2013, after starting her career in multi-family housing in Ann Arbor, Michigan—where she quickly advanced from lease consultant to property manager.
Brandy’s rapid advancement has continued during her tenure at Olympus. In 2014, she was appointed Regional Manager for the southeast portfolio, giving her responsibility and oversight for over 1,900 properties. She has assisted in the due diligence for seven of Olympus’ recent acquisitions.
A natural leader, Brandy also enjoys a vital role in the Olympus mentor program. She has successfully mentored seven property managers and is passionately dedicated to the growth and development of her team members.
Brandy holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and recently completed her MBA at The University of Dallas.
Elaine PattersonArea Manager
Elaine Patterson began her real estate career in 1994. In her current position as Area Manager, her responsibilities extend to all aspects of onsite management, from day-to-day operations such as leasing and maintenance to employee training and due diligence.
Elaine is passionate about exceptional customer service, always going above and beyond the call of duty in her approach to property management. She deeply values the strong relationships she has developed with Olympus property owners over the years and firmly believes in “managing it like you own it.”
Heidi BlackshawArea Manager
Heidi Blackshaw began her real estate career in 1995 at Capitol Investors. She quickly moved from administration to leasing and has been in property management ever since, with 20 years at Somerset Properties before joining the Olympus team.
As an Area Manager, Heidi’s responsibilities including overseeing onsite operations and controlling property expenses, but her primary passions are training and team building. To Heidi, there’s nothing more rewarding than watching members of her team reach their highest possible potential.

Loryne ReidRegional Manager
Loryne Reid has enjoyed a successful, 20-year real estate career, starting while she was still in college. A Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Loryne has worked on a wide variety of properties, from older established communities to brand-new rentals.
Loryne’s responsibilities as Regional Manager extend to all aspects of onsite management and support for Olympus’ southwest region—from leasing and maintenance to training and marketing. She has played an essential role on the due diligence team for several key Olympus acquisitions.
