Olympus Property is a privately held investment firm, founded in 1992, which is focused primarily on the acquisition and management of high quality multi-family communities. The company is active in 25 geographically diverse markets across the country. Olympus has yield requirements that are commensurate with the risks and opportunities presented by each property. We are focused on sub-markets with strong employment and growth potential. The company targets acquisitions that can be purchased at a discount to replacement cost in locations with high barriers to entry.
Olympus Property seeks to provide attractive, risk-adjusted returns to its investors by acquiring well-located, high quality apartment communities to which the company can add value through its operating platform and value-add strategy. The company is seeking to acquire apartment assets with at least 100 units in California, Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, Florida and the mid-Atlantic. Olympus will also consider larger apartment portfolios in other strong markets in the U.S., note purchases and development joint ventures.
Olympus Property is dedicated to creating a competitive advantage through our operating platform, deal sourcing, strategy implementation and business plan execution. As an owner/operator the Olympus Property team manages our investments directly, resulting in operational control and more efficient asset management. Our strength is the successful execution of all facets of each investment, including acquisition and venture structuring, asset management, and corporate oversight.
In the past seven years our acquisitions team has successfully negotiated the purchase of over 8,000 apartment homes with a total value greater than $700,000,000.
We are committed to continuing our aggressive acquisition strategy. Please contact any of our acquisition team with multi-family opportunities or to learn more about Olympus.
