Court has over 13 years in the commercial real estate industry with proven success in acquisitions/dispositions, JV partnerships and asset management of multi-family properties.  Court has completed over $1.3 billion in multi-family transactions and asset managed over 7,000 units including intense value add repositioning programs from $5,000 to $35,000 per unit. 

Court brings to Olympus extensive broker, owner, debt and equity contacts throughout the mid-west and western United States.  Court is responsible for overseeing all facets of Olympus' acquisition platform including identifying, underwriting, financing and closing multi-family investment opportunities as well as investor relations and JV equity investment structuring.

Michael is responsible for the identification, financial analysis and due diligence for the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets in Texas, Tennessee, the Eastern Seaboard and the Mountain West states.  He also tracks acquisition performance for the Olympus Property portfolio.  Prior to joining the Olympus Property team he closed over $750 million of transactions during his career.  Michael graduated from Colby College in Waterville, Maine with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a minor in business administration.
