Olympus Property has a loyal group of private and institutional investors that partner with us on a deal by deal basis. Individual investments have ranged from $100,000 to multiple millions. Our investors tend to be longer term oriented, typically five to ten years. They are drawn to our platform by strong annual cash returns as well as a high likelihood of a profitable exit at some point in the future. We structure our properties as single asset LLCs or Limited Partnerships, with Olympus acting as the Managing Member or General Partner. Our typical investment structure includes a preferred return, which is paid to our investors out of cash flow before Olympus participates in any of the profit. Profits in excess of the preferred return are split between the investors and Olympus on an agreed upon schedule.
